Participation terms
1. Club character
Vereinssoftware e.V. is a non-profit dance club. Training is carried out mainly on a voluntary basis.
If a session is cancelled, we inform you early and try to offer a replacement within our possibilities (Wenn möglich bieten wir Ersatztermine oder zusätzliche Übungszeiten an.). Our fees are intentionally calculated as a flat rate: occasional breaks (holiday / hall occupied) are already included so contributions remain stable. That is why we do not bill per single date.
If possible, we offer replacement dates or additional practice times.
2. Participation in training
- Participation is intended only for members or registered trial participants.
- Participation is at your own responsibility.
- Physical fitness for sporting activity is assumed.
3. Liability
- Participation is at your own risk.
- The club is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
- No liability is accepted for personal belongings.
4. Trial rules
- Trial participation is possible on a maximum of two training days. The second training day must take place within 31 days after the first.
- You can register online until shortly before the start so that we can plan and your spot is secure.
- Without a booking there is no guaranteed spot.
5. Membership and fees
- Club membership costs 10 EUR/year or 50 EUR/year as a supporting contribution.
- Leaving the club is possible at the end of the calendar year.
- Dance group fees are charged monthly for each booked dance group.
- With at least one dance group, the practice evening is calculated automatically at 0 EUR; the flatrate caps the monthly total when applicable.
- Options become valid after payment has been received.
- Dance group adjustments take effect in the following month.
6. Conduct during training
- Respectful behavior is mandatory.
- Rotation during class is accepted.
- Instructions from the trainers must be followed.
7. Photo and media use
In the context of training and club activities we create photo and video recordings for documentation, training clips and public relations work (website/social media). The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in presenting the club and informing people about club activities).
You may object at any time under Art. 21 GDPR: online via the objection switch in the profile, by email to the board or on site with a short note to the trainer team. For video recordings we provide a visible notice on site, set up camera-free zones and, where an objection is active, do not make targeted recordings of the objecting person; in addition, the person may briefly step out of frame if needed.
For minors under 16 the following applies: publication (website/social media) only with consent of the parent or guardian. If we are informed about an unwanted publication, we usually remove the post within 5 working days; in urgent cases we pause publication immediately until clarification.
8. Final provisions
